思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。三十年来的改革开放使我国发生了巨大的变化,导致社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式日益多样化。这些多样化给企业职工的思想带来了一系列的新变化,主要表现在:一是职工的思想和精神生活趋于多元化。二是职工对企业的依存度日益弱化。三是职工的个人需求日显个性化。这些新变化,在给企业职工的现实生活带来积极影响的同时,也产生了一些消极影响,引起价值观和道德观、是非标准的复杂化和错位,从而产生大量的新矛盾、新问题。
Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work. The 30 years of reform and opening up have undergone tremendous changes in our country, leading to increasingly diversified social and economic components, organizational forms, employment methods, interest relations and distribution methods. These diversifications have brought a series of new changes to the thinking of enterprise workers, mainly manifested in the following aspects. First, the thinking and spiritual life of workers tend to be diversified. Second, workers’ dependence on enterprises is increasingly weakened. Third, the personal needs of workers day personalization. These new changes have brought some positive effects on the real life of the workers and workers as well as some negative influences, causing values and moral values. They are non-standard complications and dislocations, resulting in a large number of new contradictions and problems.
