昆明市軍事管制委員會為維持及發展電氣公用事業,頃頒佈工企字第一號佈告,規定全體人民以及各軍政機關團體用電,均應照章辦理裝表手續,按期交付電費。佈告原文如下:昆明市軍事管制委員會佈告工企字第一號查電氣公用事業為照明及動力的源泉,關係工業生產及人民生活至為重大。凡我全體人民以及各軍政機關團體用電,均應照章辮理裝表手續,按期照付電費,不得私自(?)用強用,俾電氣事業得以維持及發展。茲特佈告如下:
