目的评价抗龋齿卵黄抗体(Ig Y)喷剂在预防青少年龋齿中的效果。方法选择2012年6—12月在杭州哼哈口腔医院治疗结束的青少年龋齿患者102例,随机分为试验组50例,对照组52例。两组对象在治疗结束后均给予含氟0.14%的牙膏刷牙,每天早晚刷牙后,试验组使用含Ig Y的口腔喷剂,对照组使用安慰剂喷剂,使用时间为试验开始后的第1、2月和第7、8月。两组对象在试验前、试验后6个月后和12个月后分别采用ICDAS-Ⅱ龋病检查评估系统评价患龋情况。结果纳入时间因素和组间因素进行两因素重复测量设计的方差分析,时间因素差异有统计学意义(F=87.453,P<0.01),时间因素和分组因素的交互作用差异有统计学意义(F=26.722,P<0.01)。结论使用含Ig Y喷剂可以预防青少年龋病。
Objective To evaluate the effect of anti-caries yogurt (Ig Y) sprays on prevention of adolescent dental caries. Methods A total of 102 young patients with deciduous caries who were treated in Hangzhou Heha Stomatological Hospital from June to December in 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 50) and control group (n = 52). After treatment, both groups were given fluoride toothpaste containing 0.14% of toothbrush. After brushing their teeth sooner or later, the experimental group used oral spray containing Ig Y and the control group received placebo spray. The use time was 1 , February and July, August. Two groups of subjects before the test, 6 months after the test and 12 months after the use of ICDAS-Ⅱ caries examination and evaluation system evaluation of caries. Results The variance analysis of time-factor and inter-group repeated measures design was used, the difference of time was statistically significant (F = 87.453, P <0.01), the interaction of time and grouping was statistically significant (F = 26.722, P <0.01). Conclusion The use of Ig Y-containing sprays can prevent adolescent caries.
