教育心理学家威廉·詹姆斯有一句名言:“播下一种思想,收获一种行为;播下一种行为,收获一种习惯;播下一种习惯,收获一种性格;播下一种性格,收获一种命运。”良好的习惯是一种能力,它直接影响学生学习的质量。学校是教书育人的场所,而德育是教学质量的保证。那么,学校如何通过一些有效途径使学生养成良好的学习习惯,形成特有的道德品质,提高教师教学策略的有效执行力呢?下面,本人结合实际谈谈德育在学科教学中的作用及有效途径。
