目的:探讨不同时间补阳还五方对脑缺血再灌注导致血管性痴呆小鼠脑组织氧自由基代谢的影响。方法:利用双侧颈动脉反复结扎的方法制作血管性痴呆小鼠模型,造模即刻给中药补阳还五方(补阳还五方即刻治疗组)和造模后3天给该药(补阳还五方3天后治疗组),治疗10天后检测两组痴呆小鼠脑组织氧自由基代谢的变化。结果:模型组小鼠脑组织中氧自由基丙二醛(MDA)含量较假手术组含量显著增高(P<0.05);补阳还五方2个治疗组脑组织中MDA含量较模型组显著降低(P<0.05);且补阳还五方即刻治疗组MDA含量比补阳还五方3天后治疗组显著降低,有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。模型组小鼠氧自由基超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性比假手术组活性降低(P<0.05);补阳还五方2个治疗组脑组织中SOD活性比模型组高(P<0.05);且即刻治疗组SOD含量比3天后治疗组高,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药补阳还五方即刻治疗血管性痴呆模型小鼠的疗效优于3天后治疗,所以血管性痴呆一旦确诊应采取尽快尽早治疗的原则。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanfugi (PNS) on oxygen free radical metabolism in brain tissue of mice with vascular dementia induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion at different times. And the content of MDA in Buyang HuanFan Instant treatment group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group after 3 days of supplementing Yang and FiveFolk, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in model group was lower than that in sham-operation group (P <0.05), and the activity of SOD in brain tissue of two treatment groups was higher than that of model group ); And immediately after the treatment group SOD content than 3 days after treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The curative effect of instant nourishing yang on five prescriptions of vascular dementia model mice is better than that of three days. Therefore, once the diagnosis of vascular dementia should be taken as soon as possible.
