目的探讨不同清洗方法对腔镜器械干燥效率的影响,以期提高腔镜器械干燥效果。方法将150件腔镜器械随机分成3组,每组50件,A组采用加酶浸泡手工清洗法;B组采用加酶超声清洗后手工清洗法;C组采用加酶超声清洗后再加碱性酶手工清洗法。不同方法清洗后用气枪去除其表面和管腔的大颗粒水分,然后放于腔镜专用烘筒下干燥,1 h后取出,比较3组器械的干燥合格率。结果 A、B、C 3组干燥合格率分别为56%、72%和98%。结论不同清洗方法严重影响腔镜器械的干燥效率,加酶超声清洗后再加碱性酶手工清洗法干燥时间最短,效率最高。
Objective To investigate the effect of different cleaning methods on the drying efficiency of endoscopic instruments in order to improve the drying effect of endoscopic instruments. Methods A total of 150 endoscopic instruments were randomly divided into three groups (50 in each group). Group A was treated with enzymatic dipping manual cleaning method. Group B was treated with enzymatic ultrasonic cleaning followed by manual cleaning method. Group C was treated with enzyme- Sexual enzyme manual cleaning method. After cleaning by different methods, the airgun was used to remove the large particles of water on the surface and the lumen of the lumen tube. After drying for 1 h, the air was removed after 1 h. Results The drying pass rates of A, B and C 3 groups were 56%, 72% and 98% respectively. Conclusion Different cleaning methods have a serious impact on the drying efficiency of endoscopic instruments. The enzymatic ultrasonic cleaning followed by manual cleaning with alkaline enzyme has the shortest drying time and the highest efficiency.
