经济发达镇行政审批服务制度的创新是经济发达镇行政管理体制改革试点的题中之义和重要环节。自2010年4月,中央编办等部门联合下发了关于在全国13个省选取25个经济发达镇启动行政管理体制改革试点的通知后,江苏省有4个镇列为国家级试点,16个镇为省级试点。目前,江苏20个经济发达镇围绕行政审批服务制度的创新实践正在如火如荼地展开,努力为全国试点改革提供经验示范和样板典范。
The innovation of the administrative examination and approval service system in the economically developed town is the meanings and important links in the pilot reform of the administrative system of economically developed towns. Since April 2010, the central government department and other departments jointly issued a circular on the selection of 25 economically developed towns in 13 provinces in the country and started the pilot reform of the administrative system. There are 4 towns in Jiangsu Province listed as state-level pilot projects, 16 A town for the provincial pilot. At present, the innovative practices surrounding the administrative examination and approval service system in 20 economically developed towns in Jiangsu are in full swing and efforts are being made to provide experience demonstration and model paradigm for the pilot reform across the country.
