在全球经济一体化不断发展的背景下,中国服装行业逐渐由加工大国向国际产业开放转变,这也在一定程度上增加了服装专业人才的需求量。其中,服装专业教育是培养高水平服装人才的重要途径,而当前服装专业教学已经无法满足现代服装行业发展的基本需求。基于此,本文笔者着重探究服装专业教学与企业发展需求结合,顺应企业发展的实用型人才培养的途径。
In the context of the continuous development of global economic integration, China’s garment industry has gradually changed from being a large processing power to opening up to the international industry. This, to a certain degree, has also increased the demand for apparel professionals. Among them, the clothing professional education is to train high-level apparel talent an important way, and the current teaching of apparel has been unable to meet the basic needs of the development of modern apparel industry. Based on this, the author of this paper focuses on exploring ways to cultivate practical talents in order to meet the needs of the development of garment specialty teaching and enterprise development.
