在法学院面临诸多困境的背景下,技术提供了一种具有吸引力的促使法律教育更有效和实际的可能性,并将在未来的法律教育中发挥越来越大的作用。在未来,越来越多的管理者将鼓励和奖励法律教育创新,越来越多的法学教授将与技术合作达到创新。教育实验的文化可能以这种方式扎根,创新被看重不仅是因为他们眼前教学价值,同时也是因为他们将会塑造和影响未来实验的途径。
In the context of many difficulties faced by law schools, technology offers an attractive possibility of making legal education more effective and practical and will play an increasingly important role in the future legal education. In the future, more and more managers will encourage and reward legal education innovation, and more and more law professors will cooperate with the technology to achieve innovation. The culture of educational experimentation may take root in this way, and innovation is valued not only because of the immediate value of their teaching, but also because they will shape and influence future experimentation.
