20世纪90年代以来,我国各地主题公园如雨后春笋般涌现,然而各个主题园区的发展程度却参差不齐。作为全球主题公园的鼻祖,迪斯尼同时也是世界上最富盛名,最成功的主题乐园,有许多经验值得借鉴。本文从培训的概念和意义入手,通过对迪斯尼企业文化和人才培养方式的总结与分析,着重论述了现代主题公园人力资源开发中的员工培训的重要性。并结合问卷调查,对我国主题公园的发展现状进行调查分析,总结了主题公园发展中存在的从业人员素质较低,缺乏有效培训体系和激励方式,企业文化不明确等问题,论证了主题公园员工培训的必要性和必须性。最后,通过对比研究,借鉴全球著名的主题公园迪斯尼乐园的成功培训经验,为我国主题公园的发展,尤其是主题公园从业人员的有效培训方面提供对策和方法。
Since the 90s of the 20th century, theme parks around our country have sprung up. However, the development of various theme parks has been uneven. As the originator of the global theme park, Disney is also the most famous and successful theme park in the world with many experiences to draw lessons from. Starting with the concept and significance of training, this article summarizes and analyzes Disney’s corporate culture and personnel training methods, and highlights the importance of staff training in the development of human resources in modern theme parks. In the light of the questionnaire survey, this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of the theme parks in our country, summarizes such problems as the low quality of practitioners in the development of the theme parks, the lack of effective training system and incentive methods, the unclear corporate culture and so on. Necessity and necessity of training. Finally, through the comparative study, drawing lessons from the successful training experience of Disneyland, a world famous theme park, it provides countermeasures and methods for the development of theme parks in our country, especially the effective training of practitioners in theme parks.
