汤剂质量与饮片厚度和煎煮次数的关系

本文就汤剂质量与饮片厚度和煎煮次数的关系进行了试验,结果如下:1.饮片厚度与煎出物主要成分的关系取黄芩、黄莲、黄柏、大黄各一定量,分别切成 1、3、5mm厚的饮片,分别按常规进行煎煮。以黄芩为例,折算成1000mg,按重量法测得1mm 厚的煎出物为268.3mg,3mm 厚的为229.9mg,5mm 厚的为144.7mg。按此顺序用紫外法测主要成分黄芩甙,分别为46.18、38、23.95mg。其它3种中药饮片厚度与煎出物情况相似。2.煎煮次数与总煎出物、总主要成分的关系以银黄注射液中国药典1977年版处方为例,分别按常规 In this paper, the relationship between the decoction quality and the thickness of the decoction pieces and the number of decoctions was tested. The results are as follows: 1. The relationship between the thickness of the decoction pieces and the main components of the decocted product was taken from each of astragalus, huanglian, phellodendron, rhubarb, and cut into 1 , 3, 5mm thick pieces of decoction, respectively, according to conventional decoction. In the case of radix astragali, it was converted to 1000 mg, and the weight of the measured 1 mm thick excretory was 268.3 mg, 3 mm thick was 229.9 mg, and 5 mm thick was 144.7 mg. In this order, the main components of Astragalus membranaceus were measured by UV method, which were 46.18, 38, and 23.95 mg, respectively. The thickness of other three kinds of Chinese Herbal Pieces is similar to that of fried foods. 2. The relationship between the number of decoctings and the total amount of fried foods and total principal components was taken as an example of the 1977 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of Yinhuang Injection.
