近几年来,我厂在拉拔生产和制绳过程巾,经常会遇到钢丝发生脆断的质量事故,严重地影响了钢丝、钢绳生产的产量及质量。在这些脆断断口中,我们发现,相当数量的钢丝断口或断口附近有表面马氏体缺陷存在,而且形态不同。具有表面马氏体缺陷的冷拉拔钢丝很脆。因此,查清冷拉拔钢丝中表面马氏体缺陷产生的原因,并采取相应措施来减少和防止这类缺陷的产生是十分重要的。最近,我们已查清了两种常见的冷拉拔钢丝中的表面马氏体缺陷产生的原因。现将这两种缺陷的特征和产生原因简要叙述如下。
In recent years, our factory in drawing production and rope process towel, often encountered brittle steel wire quality accidents, seriously affected the wire, steel wire rope production and quality. In these brittle fracture, we found that a considerable number of wire fracture or fracture surface martensite defects exist, and the shape is different. Cold drawn wire with surface martensite defects is brittle. Therefore, it is very important to find out the cause of surface martensite defects in cold-drawn steel wire and to take corresponding measures to reduce and prevent the occurrence of such defects. Recently, we have identified the causes of surface martensite defects in two common cold-drawn wires. Now the characteristics of these two defects and causes are briefly described below.
