本文介绍用火花源质谱法测定猪肝样品中K,Na,P,Mg,Fe,Ca,Rb,Cu和Cr等九种微量元素的方法。对样品电极的制备提出了一个可行的方案,不用传统的灰化方法而采用适度碳化技术有效去除有机干扰,提高方法灵敏度,并获得良好的导电性。不用外加内标元素而较精确地对杂质浓度的计算方法也是一个新颖的设想和有益的尝试,本文对这些方面进行了详细讨论,初步估计由此而引起的计算误差。对实验结果进行了相对灵敏度系数的修正。
This article describes a method for the determination of nine trace elements such as K, Na, P, Mg, Fe, Ca, Rb, Cu and Cr in pig liver samples by spark mass spectrometry. A feasible scheme is proposed for the preparation of the sample electrode. Without the traditional ashing method, the moderate carbonization technique can effectively remove the organic interference, improve the sensitivity of the method and obtain good conductivity. It is also a novel idea and a useful attempt to calculate the impurity concentration more accurately without using internal standard elements. These aspects are discussed in detail in this paper, and the errors caused by this calculation are initially estimated. The experimental results of the relative sensitivity coefficient correction.
