本文介绍利用组织离体培养法实现番红花快速繁殖的研究结果。试验用外植体为叶基切段,诱导愈伤组织培养基为N_6+BA0.5rag/L(单位下同)+2.4-D2;分化培养基为MS+BA0.5+NAA0.2和M8+Zt3+NAA0.5;促根培养基为0.5MS+生长素1。试管苗用沙壤土移栽,各环节均在15℃下进行。
This article describes the use of tissue culture in vitro Crocus rapid reproduction of the results. The experimental explants were leaf segments, and the induced callus culture medium was N6 + BA0.5rag / L (same below) +2.4-D2. The differentiation medium was MS + BA0.5 + NAA0.2 and M8 + Zt3 + NAA0.5; to promote rooting medium 0.5MS + auxin 1.
