三叉神经痛和面肌痉挛的病因治疗是微血管减压 (ＭＶＤ)手术[1] 。目前国内对此病影像检查仅注重诊断或排除占位性病变 ,对神经血管压迫这个病因未作进一步证实。我们用ＭＲＩ对一组三叉神经痛和面肌痉挛病人进行常规和特殊序列的ＭＲＩ扫描 ,均较好地发现了神经血管压迫关系。
The cause of trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm is microvascular decompression (MVD) surgery [1]. At present, the domestic medical examination of the disease only focuses on the diagnosis or exclusion of space-occupying lesions, and the cause of neurovascular compression has not been further confirmed. We performed a routine and special series of MRI scans on a group of patients with trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm using MRI, and found a good relationship between neurovascular compression.
