With the development of information technology and computer network technology, under the circumstance of further economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition, enterprises are required to respond rapidly to the changing environment. Virtual enterprise is an important organizational form for manufacturing enterprises to implement agile manufacturing flexible response strategy. The article mainly discusses the ways and ways of knowledge diffusion and innovation in virtual enterprises.
