挖掘机在作业过程中,铲斗铰接部位既是整机工作条件最恶劣的部位又是最薄弱的位置所在。所以该部位经常出现早期磨损。改进前的该部位结构如图1所示。在正常工作状态下每8h应从黄油嘴9加注黄油一次,并要保证黄油能从铲斗轴套2、7与摇杆外端4之间的间隙溢出。如挖掘沙石或在水下挖掘,则必须每4h加注一次黄油,否则会很快地造成胶木套3、6的早期磨损,磨损后的胶木套如更换不及时,便会造成胶木套座孔失圆并磨成喇叭口,从而使铲斗轴销1的中部受力,抗弯强度很快下降,甚至新更换的轴销1使用不足10h便出现断裂。
During the operation of the excavator, the hinged part of the bucket is not only the worst part of the whole working condition but also the weakest part. Therefore, early wear often occurs in this area. The structure of this part before improvement is shown in Figure 1. Grease should be applied from the grease nipple 9 every 8 hours under normal operating conditions, and ensure that the butter overflows from the gap between the bucket sleeve 2, 7 and the rocker outer end 4. If excavating sand or excavating under water, butter must be added every 4 hours. Otherwise, the early wear of bakelite sleeves 3 and 6 will be quickly caused. If the bakelite sleeve after wear is not replaced in time, it will cause bakelite nests. The hole is out of round and milled into a bell mouth, so that the middle of the bucket pin 1 is subjected to stress, and the bending strength is rapidly reduced. Even the newly replaced pin 1 is broken within 10 hours.
