近年来,福建省委办公厅以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以加强思想理论武装和践行社会主义核心价值观为根本,围绕中心、服务大局,建立健全精神文明创建“1234”工作机制,即“1个中心”“2轮驱动”“3大特色”“4种方式”,切实履行“党建带群建”责任,着力把连续获评三届全国文明单位的荣誉转化为干事创业的强大动力,不断提高“三服务”工作水平,努力打造政治上的先进机关、工作上的示范机关、作风上的表率机关.
