采用吸收度线性组合分光光度法，不经分离直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氧霉素和水杨酸的含量。测试点波长为258，278及296nm。平均回收率分别为101．0％（RSD＝0．59％）和100．7％（RSD＝0．86％）。
Absorbance linear combination of spectrophotometry, without direct determination of compound chloramphenicol detergent oxycincin and salicylic acid content. The test point wavelength is 258, 278 and 296 nm. The average recoveries were 101.0% (RSD = 0.59%) and 100.7% (RSD = 0.86%), respectively.
