分析了49份福建割手密和2份竹蔗样品,结果表明福建割手密的变异类型丰富,共呈现8条的酯酶同工酶带,它们组成19个酶谱类型。6A是它们的共同酶带,4A,10A为基本酶带。具有(4,6,10)A组成的酶谱是其基本类型。认为福建割手密有相似的起源或进化过程,并具有类型的多样性。酶谱的出现与其地域分布及海拔位置有关。福建竹蔗均呈现3条酶带并组成(2,4,6)A酶谱。
The results showed that there were a total of 8 isozyme isozymes bands in Fujian province, which consisted of 19 zymogram types. 6A is their common enzyme band, 4A, 10A is the basic enzyme band. Enzymes with the composition of (4,6,10) A are their basic type. They think that Fujian’s cutters have similar origins or evolutionary processes and have a variety of genres. The appearance of zymogram is related to its geographical distribution and altitude. Fujian bamboo cane showed three bands and formed (2,4,6) A zymogram.
