As an important part of business management, corporate financial management has drawn more and more attention. This paper first points out the problems that arise in the financial management of the enterprise. Based on the current economic situation and the characteristics of the enterprise development, this paper analyzes the measures to strengthen the financial management of the enterprise, aiming to standardize the financial management of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
