用免疫组化 S A B C 法检测 H L A Ⅰ类抗原和 C D 54的表达。结果表明,卵巢上皮癌44 份标本中, H L A Ⅰ类抗原和 C D 54的表达率分别为 5909% 和4551% 。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的 H L A Ⅰ类抗原阳性表达率显著低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期;有淋巴结转移者显著低于无淋巴结转移者;肿瘤复发者显著低于未复发者。 C D 54表达则与临床分期、组织分化、淋巴结转移、组织学类型及肿瘤复发无明显相关性,但无 H L A Ⅰ类抗原表达而 C D54表达的患者复发率显著升高。提示卵巢上皮癌可能通过降调 H L A Ⅰ类抗原表达及改变 C D 54的表达等机制逃避机体的免疫监视,检测 H L A Ⅰ类抗原和 C D 54的表达可能有有助于判断卵巢癌患者的预后。
The expression of H L A Ⅰ antigen and C D 54 were detected by immunohistochemical S A B C method. The results showed that the expression rates of H L A Ⅰ antigen and C D 54 were 4409% and 4551% respectively in 44 specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer. The positive expression rates of H L A Ⅰ antigen in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ were significantly lower than those in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ; those with lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than those without lymph node metastasis; the tumor recurrences were significantly lower than those without recurrence. The expression of C D 54 had no significant correlation with clinical stage, histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis, histological type and tumor recurrence, but the recurrence rate was significantly higher in patients without H L A Ⅰ antigen expression and C D54 expression. Prompt ovarian epithelial cancer may be through the down-regulation of H L A Ⅰ antigen expression and change C D 54 and other mechanisms to escape the body’s immune surveillance, detection of H L A Ⅰ antigen and C D 54 expression may help determine the ovary Cancer patient’s prognosis.
