本文详细研究了不同旋向楔横轧成形螺旋面在不同坐标下的方程。证明了在一定条件下解析方程与参数方程两种形式的等价性。分别推导了几种特定坐标系下的方程表达式。并证明已有参考资料中的方程是本文中方程的特例。
In this paper, the equations of different helical wedge cross-rolling helical surfaces under different coordinates are studied in detail. It is proved that under certain conditions, the equivalence between the two forms of analytical equation and parametric equation. We derive the equation expressions in several specific coordinate systems respectively. And prove that the equation in the reference has been a special case of the equation in this paper.
