目的:观察白花前胡甲素对豚鼠心肌细胞电生理特性的影响,以探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法:实验采用标准玻璃微电极技术。结果:PdⅠa对豚鼠心肌细胞的动作电位时程(APD)及慢反应动作电位时程均有缩短作用,PdⅠa还使慢反应动作电位的振幅(APA)明显减小,两者均呈现剂量依赖关系。结论:PdⅠa的抗心律失常作用,可能与阻滞钙离子内流、阻断钙通道的作用有关
Objective: To observe the effect of prestatin on the electrophysiological properties of guinea pig cardiomyocytes in order to investigate its anti-arrhythmic mechanism.
