目的研究手术治疗小儿后尿道狭窄或闭锁的远期疗效。方法对我院采用开放性手术治疗小儿后尿道狭窄或闭锁２０例，随访１～６ａ，平均４５ａ。结果远期效果良好，优良率９５％。结论采用经会阴开放手术治疗小儿后尿道狭窄或闭锁远期疗效确切 Objective To study the long-term efficacy of surgical treatment of pediatric urethral stricture or atresia. Methods 20 cases of posterior urethral stricture or atresia were treated with open surgery in our hospital. The patients were followed up for 1 ~ 6 years with an average of 4.5 days. The long-term results are good, excellent and good rate of 95%.
