目的探讨辨证论治与针灸联合EXO化疗方案用于晚期胃癌对患者生活质量的影响。方法将晚期胃癌患者192例随机分为研究组和对照组各96例。研究组采用辨证论治与针灸联合EXO化疗方案,对照组仅给予EXO化疗方案。观察2组患者治疗前后心理健康程度评分和生活质量指标评分。结果治疗后2组患者抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均降低,且研究组降低幅度大于对照组,研究组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能等生活质量各项指标评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辩证论治与针灸联合EXO化疗方案可有效避免晚期胃癌患者抑郁和焦虑等不良心理因素的发生,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with EXO chemotherapy on quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 192 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group, 96 cases each. The study group used syndrome differentiation and acupuncture combined with EXO chemotherapy, while the control group only given EXO chemotherapy. The scores of mental health and quality of life before and after treatment in two groups were observed. Results After the treatment, depression self-rating scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores decreased in both groups, and the study group had a greater reduction than the control group. The study group had life in somatic, role, emotional, cognitive and social functions Quality indicators of each index and the total score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Dialectical treatment combined with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with EXO chemotherapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse psychological factors such as depression and anxiety in patients with advanced gastric cancer and improve their quality of life.
