2000年10月 ,深交所发布了创业板市场咨询文件。本文就其中关于股份回购问题的规定 ,从法理及实务两方面作了分析 ,并提出了修订建议。
In October 2000, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange released the GEM consulting paper. This article on the issue of share repurchase issues, from the legal and practical aspects made an analysis, and proposed amendments.
