目的:探讨三氧化二砷及其磁性纳米复合体对骨肉瘤的影响。方法:研究并比对了三氧化二砷、顺铂两种药物对骨肉瘤细胞MG-63的抑制作用,并制备磁性三氧化二砷-聚乳酸纳米粒子复合体,将其经尾静脉注入成骨肉瘤的裸鼠体内,与三氧化二砷、顺铂的疗效进行比较。结果:三氧化二砷可更有效地抑制MG-63细胞生长,引起细胞凋亡,并将细胞抑制于G1期。结论:磁性三氧化二砷纳米粒子可明显抑制裸小鼠骨肉瘤的生长,其可减少三氧化二砷的用量,从而减小毒副作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of arsenic trioxide and its magnetic nanocomposites on osteosarcoma. Methods: The inhibitory effects of arsenic trioxide and cisplatin on osteosarcoma cells MG-63 were studied and compared. Arsenic trioxide-polylactic acid nanoparticle complex was prepared and injected into tail osteosarcoma nude mice , And arsenic trioxide, cisplatin efficacy comparison. Results: Arsenic trioxide can inhibit the growth of MG-63 cells more effectively, cause apoptosis and inhibit the cells in G1 phase. Conclusion: Magnetic arsenic trioxide nanoparticles can significantly inhibit the growth of osteosarcoma in nude mice, which can reduce the dosage of arsenic trioxide, thereby reducing the toxic side effects.
