目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定氯柳酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量。方法:采用Hypersil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液-乙睛(75:25);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:272 nm。结果:样品中两种成分完全分离且线性关系良好,氯霉素和水杨酸的加样平均回收率分别为100.26%和100.38%。结论:本法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于本品中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in mulberry tincture. METHODS: Hypersil ODS (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% sodium heptanesulfonate solution and acetonitrile (75:25). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. Wavelength: 272 nm. Results: The two components in the sample were completely separated and had good linearity. The average recoveries of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 100.26% and 100.38%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in this product.
