在各钢铁企业领导重视和广大炼钢、连铸职工努力下,今年连铸生产稳定增长,1～10月全国生产连铸坯完成了年连铸坯生产计划的96.3％,比去年同期增长84万吨,增长率28％。武钢、上海、首钢及福建三明钢铁厂提前完成了国家计划。武钢二炼钢厂钢包全部采用501毫米型滑板,拆卸方便,安全可靠,滑板漏钢率降到0.4％。中间包采用整体塞棒吹氩,塞棒故障减少四分之三,水口堵塞减少一半;中间包单包浇钢炉数由上半年的2.8炉上升到3.4炉;中间包开浇成功率由上半年的95.70％上升到98.02％。9
