后桥半轴是工程机械传递转矩的重要零件,承受弯曲和扭转冲击载荷,其热处理质量将直接影响整机的可靠性。传统的半轴强化工艺一般采用调质处理或者中频感应加热淬火工艺。前者表面强度不足而心部强度过剩;而后者由于半轴截面的变化和采用非标自制机床,需要在连续淬火过程中由专人调整电参数,如操作不当或调整参数不及时会影响淬火质量。应用IGBT全固态中频感应加热成套设备对半轴实施感应加热淬火强化,由于实现了电脑程序控制,提高了加热的均匀性,不但保证了淬火质量,而且可以实现自动化生产
Axle rear axle is an important part of engineering machinery to transmit torque, bending and torsional shock to withstand the load, the quality of its heat treatment will directly affect the reliability of the machine. The traditional semi-axial strengthening process generally use quenching or induction heating quenching process. The former lack of surface strength and excess heart strength; and the latter due to changes in the semi-axis cross-section and the use of non-standard self-made machine tools, the need for continuous quenching process by adjusting the electrical parameters, such as improper operation or adjust the parameters will not affect the quenching quality.
