加州电力危机,美加大停电等事故说明,电力体制改革必须慎重进行,在改革真正实施前,必须对市场规则进行深入的评估。由于电力市场的复杂性,传统经济学的研究方法无法深入分析和解释电力市场的各种现象。基于实验经济学和计算经济学的仿真方法为电力市场研究带来了新的思路。本文对基于代理的计算经济学在电力市场研究的现状研究进行了综述。介绍了国内外主要的仿真系统,指出了在开发和应用中存在的问题。
California power crisis, blackouts and other incidents in the United States and Canada, power system reform must be carefully carried out before the reform is really implemented, we must conduct an in-depth assessment of market rules. Due to the complexity of the electricity market, the traditional economics research methods can not thoroughly analyze and explain various phenomena in the electricity market. Simulation methods based on experimental economics and computational economics bring new ideas to the research of power market. This article summarizes the research on the status quo of electricity market research based on agent-based computational economics. Introduced the main simulation system at home and abroad, pointed out the problems in development and application.
