一、前言 ICS-1工业控制系统是华侨大学电脑系为三明啤酒厂的啤酒生产发酵过程控制而设计的,该系统用一台微机分时对24个啤酒生产发酵罐的72个温度通道及24个压力通道进行测量和控制,具有相当强的软件功能和用户使用方便的接口。与国内多数的计算机控制系统相比较,ICS—1最显著的特点是充分地发挥了计算机的潜力,把软件和硬件线路巧妙地结合起来,大大简化了检测系统及执行驱动电路,提高了测控精度和系统的可靠性,降低了整个系统的造价。本文以发酵罐的温度测量为例,对ICS-1的信号检测系统作一介绍。二、工艺要求与采样速率的选择啤酒生产发酵过程中,对罐内温度控制
