为企业转变经营机制、加快用人制度改革的步伐,丹东市劳动局于今年4月下发了《关于允许不同所有制身份职工互相流动的暂行规定》。基本内容是: 一、市、县(区)属企业的全民、集体固定工、劳动合同制工人以及已缴纳退休养老保险费的临时工、乡镇(区街)企业职工、私营企业雇工、个体工商业户、自谋职业人员,可打破企业所有制界限,允许其互相流动。
