目的:探讨中晚期妊娠部分型轮状胎盘二维和三维超声声像图表现,提高超声对部分型轮状胎盘的全面了解,并提高诊断准确率。方法:二维超声对48例胎盘部分型轮状胎盘多切面多角度观察形态、测量厚度、观测血流情况,并用三维容积探头进行三维表面成像重建,调节图像,全面了解其形态及与胎儿位置关系。结果:48例部分型轮状胎盘二维超声图像表现呈片状或索带状突向羊膜腔,突起部分长短、厚薄、宽度不等,部分可探及彩色血流信号。三维超声图像表现为厚薄不等的片状结构。结论:对部分型轮状胎盘,二维和三维超声有其特征性声像图表现。掌握此有助于对部分型轮状胎盘的认识。
Objective: To investigate the two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasonographic manifestations of partial-type wheel-type placenta in the late stage of pregnancy, to improve the comprehensive understanding of partial-type wheel-placenta with ultrasound and to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods: Two-dimensional ultrasonography was performed on 48 cases of placental partial placental multi-slice multi-slice observation of multi-angle and multi-angle observation of thickness, blood flow observation, and three-dimensional volume probe reconstruction of three-dimensional surface images to adjust the image to fully understand its morphology and fetal position relationship. Results: Two-dimensional ultrasound images of 48 partial tympanites showed patchy or cord-like projections to the amniotic cavity. The length, thickness and width of the protuberant protuberances were different from each other. Some of them could be used to detect color flow signals. Three-dimensional ultrasound images showed varying thickness of the sheet structure. CONCLUSIONS: Partial echocardiographic placenta, two-dimensional and three-dimensional echocardiography have their characteristic sonographic findings. This helps grasp the understanding of some types of placenta.
