高层建筑消防给水系统管网上常易发生十分棘手的超压问题,特别是消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统合用水泵时这个问题更是严重。这是由于高层建筑消防用水量较大,但在火灾初期消火栓的实际使用数和自动喷水灭火系统的喷头实际开放数要比规范规定的数量少,其实际消防用水量远远小于水泵选定的流量值;消防水泵在试验和检查时,水泵的出水量也较少,此时,管网压力升高,有时超过管网允许压力,容易造成事故,破坏管网的正常工作。为此特在地下室二台消防泵的压水管至消防给水管网分割阀门左、左各加装DN100、水力控制500X新型泄压阀一个,管路直接接至排水坑(泄压管系统),解决了消防给水管网超压时自动泄压排水的大问题,当管网超过安全设定值之压力时,水会自动释放,因而维持管中压力于安全设定值以下,
