众所周知,人类的睡眠占人生1/3的时间,是维持人类生命活动所必需的生理现象,也是人类恢复体力和精力的主要方式,所以睡眠质量的好坏与生命有非常密切的关系。那么,哪种睡姿更有利于保证睡眠质量呢?研究者运用核磁共振成像技术,研究不同睡姿(仰卧、侧卧、俯卧)下人体大脑中负责清除淀粉类蛋白质的类淋巴系统的运输速率。结果发现,侧卧能让大脑更高效地消灭 As we all know, human sleep accounted for 1/3 of human life time, is to maintain human physiological activities necessary physiological phenomenon, but also the main way to restore manpower and energy, so the quality of sleep is closely related with life.
