以大豆核不育系ms6和细胞质雄性不育系JLCMS9为材料,研究了9种化控试剂单品及其复合使用对杂交大豆制种产量的影响。结果表明:爱多收可显著提高大豆不育系结荚率和结实率,分别比对照提高28.3%和21.4%,且爱多收具有专一提高母本产量的作用。将不同化控剂复配使用,以含有爱多收为主要成分的复配剂(爱多收+硼酸钠+磷酸二氢钾和蜜蜂引诱剂+爱多收+硼酸钠+磷酸二氢钾)处理效果较好,结荚率和结实率均显著高于对照。蜂引诱剂与化控剂复合使用的效果明显好于蜂引诱剂的单独使用。
The effects of 9 chemical control reagents and their combination on the yield of hybrid soybean were studied using soybean nuclear CMS line MS6 and cytoplasmic male sterile line JLCMS9 as materials. The results showed that over-harvesting can significantly increase the pod-planting rate and seed setting rate of soybean CMS lines by 28.3% and 21.4% respectively compared with the control. The compound of different chemical agents to use to contain more than as the main component of the love compound (love more income + sodium borate + potassium dihydrogen phosphate and bee lure + Love more income + sodium borate + potassium dihydrogen phosphate) The treatment effect is better, the pod rate and seed setting rate are significantly higher than the control. Bees attractant and chemical control agent composite effect was significantly better than the bee attractant used alone.
