《建筑设计防火规范》(TJ16-74)规定,有爆炸危险的甲、乙类生产厂房,其外围结构应设泄压面积,泄压设施宜采用轻质屋盖或易于泄压的门、窗、墙,泄压面积与厂房体积之比一般采用0.05~0.1(对其爆炸介质的爆炸下限较低或爆炸压力较强以及体积较小的厂房,还应尽量加大);其内部布置宜采用不致产生火花的地面,不应设置办公室、休息室。这些虽仅为部分要求,却已给建筑设计带来许多困难。危险等级的分类又较笼统,同属一个类中的各不同情况可能相差很悬殊。这就往往促成不进一步区别、不作深入分析地一律对待,在难以完全满足高要求的情况下尽量加大门窗面积、采用
