观察大鼠服用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)后脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)和SOD水平变化。结果表明,LPO含量高剂量组和低剂量组分别与对照组比较,有极显著意义(P<0.01)。SOD高剂量组与对照组比较有极显著意义(P<0.01);低剂量组与对照组比较有显著意义(P<0.05)。这表明,大鼠服用SOD制剂可降低脑组织中的LPO水平,同时提高SOD水平,为SOD的口服临床应用提供了依据。
The levels of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and SOD in brain tissue of rats after taking superoxide dismutase (SOD) were observed. The results showed that there was significant difference between LPO content high dose group and low dose group and control group (P <0.01). SOD high-dose group compared with the control group has very significant (P <0.01); low-dose group compared with the control group had significant (P <0.05). This shows that taking SOD preparations in rats can reduce LPO levels in brain tissue, while increasing the level of SOD, providing a basis for oral clinical application of SOD.
