在小班化班级管理实践中,倾心感觉到小学生的心理易受外界因素的影响,教师有怎样的评价方法,学生就会有怎样的学习行为。评价就是一种激励,小学生更需要激励,而如何建立长效对学生日常学习生活行为习惯的评价机制一直是班级管理深思的内容,就日常教学中的点滴经验做简单介绍。
Class management in small classes in practice, I feel heartily feel vulnerable to external factors of primary school students, teachers how to evaluate methods, students will have what kind of learning behavior. Evaluation is an incentive, pupils need to be more motivated, and how to establish a long-term evaluation mechanism for daily learning and behavior of students has always been the content of class management and thoughtfulness.
