我厂测量合成循环气中的 H_2、精炼气中的微量 CO+CO_2和半水煤气中的 O_2含量等自动分析仪器都集中安装在合成分析室和变换分析室内。其二次显示仪表分别安装在合成、造气、铜洗工段。在生产中常常因操作管理不当,造成取样管堵塞,使分析仪器断气。仪器断气后,虽然被测气体的成份发生了变化,仪表却无反映,或反映不准。如:微量 CO+CO_2分析仪气样断后,仪表示值停止在原位置基本不动,又如 O_2分析
