目的:为了解云南阿昌族ABO血型系统基因频率分布状况,为促进云南血型参比工作的发展及填补资料。方法:对德宏州,梁河县,九保乡,芒科寨的阿昌族自然村应用随机抽样调查。血型检测采用玻片法,结果:阿昌族ABO血型系统表现型为A>B>O>AB;基因频率r>p>q。结论:通过与其它民族的比较,阿昌族ABO血型表现型分布与云南汉族,白族,瓦族,怒族相同。
Objective: To understand the frequency distribution of ABO blood group system genes in Yunnan Achang ethnic group, in order to promote the development of blood group reference work in Yunnan and to fill in the data. Methods: Random sampling surveys were conducted on the Achang ethnic villages in Dehong, Lianghe, Jiubao and Mangkhai. The blood group was detected by the slide method. Results: Achang ABO blood group system phenotype was A>B>O>AB; gene frequency r>p>q. Conclusion: Compared with other ethnic groups, the ABO blood type phenotype of Achang ethnic group is the same as that of Yunnan Han, Bai, Wa, and Nu.
