护理缺失是指护理行为过程中的缺失,未必造成不良结果。但护理缺失的存在,必会导致护理质量降低,影响患者安全。目前,护理缺失的测评工具是MISSCARE问卷,本文以总结护理缺失的影响因素和干预措施为主要目的,并对MISSCARE问卷今后的发展和护理缺失的干预提出建议与展望。 Lack of care refers to the lack of nursing behavior in the process, not necessarily cause bad results. However, the existence of lack of care, will inevitably lead to lower quality of care, affecting patient safety. At present, MISSCARE is the tool to evaluate the lack of nursing. The main purpose of this paper is to summarize the influencing factors and interventions of nursing absence, and to put forward suggestions and prospects for the future development of MISSCARE questionnaire and the lack of nursing intervention.
