本文测定了48名吸烟者、不吸烟者呼出气CO、尿中SCN~-、柯铁尼的含量,并对13名被动吸烟者进行实验观察。其结果表明吸烟者上述指标分别为不吸烟者的4、2、5倍,吸烟者配偶与对照组间无显著差异。被动吸烟者受试前后呼出气CO与燃烟支数呈正相关、尿中柯铁尼含量明显增高,SCN~-无差异。三项测试比较呼出气CO及柯铁尼含量是评价烟草烟雾吸入较为理想的指标。
In this paper, 48 smokers, non-smokers exhaled CO, urinary SCN ~ -, Ke Tie Ni content, and 13 passive smokers were observed. The results showed that smokers above indicators were non-smoker 4,2,5 times, smokers spouses and no significant difference between the control group. Passive smokers before and after the exhaled breath of CO and the number of cigarettes was positively correlated, urinary colchicine significantly increased, SCN ~ - no difference. Three tests comparing exhaled breath CO and cochineni content is the evaluation of tobacco smoke inhalation is an ideal indicator.
