目的 :研究甲状腺功能对骨代谢的影响。方法 :对 30例甲状腺功能亢进患者及 30例健康志愿者采用放射免疫法 (RIA)测定 FT3、FT4 ,双能 X线吸收骨密度仪测定腰椎 (L2 ~ L4 )部位的骨密度以及骨代谢相关指标。结果 :甲亢患者 FT3、FT4 、ALP活性较对照组明显增高 ,而腰椎部位骨密度有不同程度的降低 ,严重程度及发生率随年龄增长而增加。结论 :甲状腺激素可能直接参与加速骨转换及显著增加骨吸收的全过程 ,由此导致骨量丢失
Objective: To study the effect of thyroid function on bone metabolism. Methods: Thirty patients with hyperthyroidism and 30 healthy volunteers were examined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) for FT3 and FT4. Bone mineral density (BMD) and lumbar spine (L2 ~ L4) were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry index. Results: The activities of FT3, FT4 and ALP in patients with hyperthyroidism were significantly higher than those in control group, while the BMD of lumbar spine decreased to some extent. The severity and incidence increased with age. Conclusion: Thyroid hormones may be directly involved in accelerating bone turnover and significantly increasing the whole process of bone resorption, resulting in loss of bone mass
