武钢3 200m3高炉热风风管出现破损,停炉进行中修。对热风炉炉衬材料进行了分析,发现其破损主要原因有:工作层衬砖质量差,抗热破坏性能不强,砌体中孔隙多结合不致密,风管内衬材料及砖型设计不合理。严格选择热风炉风管工作衬材质,改进砖型并选择合适的轻质耐火材料配合使用,能提高送风主管的使用寿命。
Wuhan Iron and Steel 3 200m3 blast furnace hot air duct damage, shutdown in the repair. Based on the analysis of the hot lining materials, it is found that the main reasons for the damage are as follows: the quality of the working lining lining brick is poor, the thermal damage resistance is not strong, the combination of the pores in the masonry is not dense, the lining design of the duct lining and the brick design are unreasonable . Strict selection of hot air duct lining materials, improve the brick and choose the appropriate light refractory materials used together to improve the service life of the air supply.
