建筑施工中,我们经常遇到大型混凝土池(例如煤泥池等)的池壁支模。如果按照传统的方法施工,斜撑、横方、8号铁丝等材料耗费得比较多,不能保证施工质量,经常出现胀模返工的现象,费时费力。因此,我们在施工混凝土煤泥池时进行了改革,取得了较好的效果。一、方法施工时,利用直径8~14毫米的短钢筋头,根据池壁的厚度制作钢模支子(图1)。支模时将1500(1200)毫米×300(200)毫米的钢模板对称立放使用,每隔2块模板上下各放1个模板支子,用回形销子对称卡在两块模板的立缝内(图2),这样支子就将要支的池壁两
In building construction, we often encounter wall moulds of large concrete pools (such as slime pools, etc.). If the construction is performed according to the conventional method, the materials such as diagonal braces, horizontal squares, and 8th iron wire are relatively expensive, and the quality of the construction cannot be guaranteed, and the phenomenon of reworking the expansion mold often takes time and effort. Therefore, we carried out reforms during the construction of a concrete slurry tank and achieved good results. 1.
