烟台冷冻机总厂厂长顾德录是我们《比较》杂志的老朋友。在苏州举行企业家座谈会时,他临时有要事,未能出席。戚副厂长送给我们一篇介绍他事迹的文章,读了很受感动,但也不禁有些感慨。 我们的不少国营企业能在市场竞争中取胜。在很大程度上同厂长们的献身精神有关。这种献身精神无疑是值得称道的。 但是,在市场经济中,奉献应当同分配相联系。如文章所说,厂里的销售状元年得奖金可高达4900元,其他形式的经济责任制都体现了这个原则,收到了明显的效果。
