2014年7月31日,国家卫生计生委下发通知,要求对《执业医师法》等法律法规落实情况开展督查,其中包括对违法行为的查处情况,发现问题的整改到位情况等。通知明确,督查对象包括省、地(市)、县三级卫生计生行政部门及其所属监督机构、疾病预防控制机构,以及受委托承担法律法规规定相关工作的社会组织和行业协会至少各1家等。督查的内容包括法律法规落实情况,监督检查工作安排部署情况,许可、日常管理和监督执法工作衔接情况,监督检查时发现问题的整改情况等。
